Day 51 Zeal for Life Challenge

Today is day 51 of my Zeal for life Challenge. I am down 48 lbs, and am continuing to see results from this product. I love how it makes me feel each and every day. I have the energy to do what I need to do and concentrate on the things that I need to.

I got to spend this last weekend at a Zeal Super Saturday event. It was amazing. Listening to the stories that were being told from the Ambassadors in our company a many others. This company is absolutely AMAZING!!! The support, information and the true passion that everyone has is so amazing! Everyone is changing their own lives with this product but at the same time they are reaching out to everyone around them and changing the lives of each person they touch. It is so heart warming and amazing to see how they interact with all of us. The abundance of information that they just want to share and the products that they want to just give out to people, its just.... wow their really are no words for it.

I encourage you to speak with someone that is selling Zeal or has been on this product. Listen to their stories, how the product has changed their lives and how they are changing the lives of those around them. If you are ready for a life changing thing then it will really warm your heart. If you are looking for a great company to put your heart and sole into, this is a company that will give you back their heart and sole to make sure you make it and are able to do what you want to do. These people are so fantastic... I just cant say enough about them or the products!!

On another note I found a new flavor of liquid to add to the Zeal Wellness drink that is great with booth flavors! Strawberry Lemonade! It goes great with both flavors, it takes the sweetness and the tartness out of it and allows you to get good flavor with out the weird tastes that sometimes come along with mixing fruit juices with them.

Good luck to each of you who have gotten on this challenge! It will change your life in more ways then you can imagine!!

Thank you

Day 40 Zeal for Life Challenge

Today is day 40 of my journey. I woke up this morning feeling so great! Felt like I was filled up with a ray of sunshine :)

This product has done amazing things for so many of us. I have read so many success stories that just warm my heart. The whole point is to get people healthy and help them live a healthier, happier life. To be able to spend quality time together, enjoying the activities and being able to apart of their families journeys every step of the way. Its about having an eventful life full of love and memories. Being able to share stories and tell the grand kids all about the silly things that their parents did growing up.

Those are all things that I loved about growing up and I want every one I know to be able to share those experiences with their families.

I hope that everyone of you have a wonderful day and God bless!

Day 42 Zeal for Life Challenge

Today is day 42 of my Zeal for life Challenge. I totally cheated last night and pizza for dinner. But that doesnt happen very often. I have to make sure that I dont completely take everything out of my life as far as the foods that I have always loved. If I do this then I end up eating them in extreme amounts when I get stressed out or emotional. Yes I am an emotional eater. Moderation is the key to success.

Since I have started taking the Zeal I am down 38.5 lbs total in 42 days. Not something that I ever thought would be possible. I love how you can cheat a little and still lose the weight. I have been sharing my story with people and I keep getting asked questions like : Are you eating anything different? Are you using the protein shakes? Are you taking the burn and the cleanse? So I decided to answer those today for you all.

1. As you read earlier in my post I am NOT eating anything different. Now I have found that my body does not crave the things that it used to. I dont crave soda, or candy, or sweets like I used to. The only thing that my body craves now is water and for some reason I haven't figured out I crave cinnamon. Doesnt take a lot to get rid of that craving just suck on a cinnamon sucker from New Mexico (love them!) or have toast with a little cinnamon and sugar on it. The key to continuing weight loss is moderation, drinking enough water, and making sure you are feeding your body the amount of calories that it needs. I use Noom Pro on my phone to keep track of these things for me. That is my personal way of doing it, there are other ways to do it, so chose the one that is best for you and stick to it :).

2. I do use the protein shakes when I feel like it. If I am super busy and I know that I am not going to have time to eat for a few hours or if I am getting a work out in first thing in the morning I will use the shakes. I like to take my scoop of wild berry Zeal and mix it in with the vanilla protein powder with some water and a few pieces of ice and shake it up. I dont blend mine because I dont like them thick, if you like them thick adding milk, and Ice and blending it up will give you the thicker consistency.

3. I was taking the burn and cleanse products when I first started the weight loss program through Zeal. I realized for me that these werent really making a difference so I stopped taking them. I have stuck to the Zeal wellness drink everyday and that has seemed to help my body regulate and shed the pounds. I am not losing a pound a day like I was in the beginning but that is ok. It is giving my body the chance to get use to the weight that I am at and not think that it is starving because my calorie count has gone down. You dont want to lose weight to fast because it confuses your body, and when you drop your calorie intake your body thinks that it is not getting what it needs to survive. Slow and steady is the way to go :)

I hope that this has answered some questions for you. Please remember that these are my personal results. It may not work the same way for you. You may have to try a few different things at first to figure out what your body needs to shed the weight, but dont give up! Keep trying different things and dont be afraid to ask questions of those around you who are also taking the Zeal. They may be able to give you the different tricks that have worked for them.

Thank you,
Tabitha

Day 38 Zeal for Life Challenge

Its day 38 of my Zeal for life challenge. I am down 36 lbs and am loving it.

I have talked to a lot of people about this product lately and I am finding that the main reason they arent getting in on the challenge is because of the price. I was the same way when I started. I wasnt sure I was going to be able to do it, I wasnt sure if I could afford to put the money out there. See I am a stay at home wife and a full time student, plus I do a little tutoring on the side. My husband makes just enough to cover the bills each month, most the time I am stressing out trying to figure out how we are going to put food on the table. So trust me I understand that cost is a Big deal.

When me and my husband sat down and talked about it, it came down to a few questions that we had to think hard on:
1. Is our health worth setting aside?
2. Is there anything else that has worked as good?
3. Do we want to be in the same place next year that we are in right now?

We talked and talked about these questions for the longest time. Here is what I came up with:
1. My health is not worth setting aside, I have struggled for years with debilitating diseases that have sucked the life and enjoyment out of me. Its time to take control and start living my life again. There is no time like the present time to move forward with my life and gain back the love, laughter, memories and enjoyment that God has given us.

2. I have not found any other product that has worked better then the Zeal for life. I have taken so many different all natural supplements that its not even funny, I have taken Insulite Labs PCOS System, as well as medications prescribed by the doctors. Nothing has made me feel the way that Zeal does.

3. There is ABSOLUTELY no way that we want to be in the same position next year that we are in right now. We dont want to be barely living pay check to paycheck. We want to be able to travel and see our family and friends, we want to take vacations and be able to pay for things when they pop up out of the blue. We dont want to be stuck in this rut any more.

Zeal for Life has changed all three of those things for us. Yes it is slow going for me financially with Zeal, but I have faith that it will be where I want it to be by next year. You have to believe that things will work out. Like I have heard before "Start chasing your rabbit" Once you have started this challenge see it out till the end, move past all the nay sayers in your life, wave at the people who are standing on the sideline as you go past them because you dared to start the race.

Thank you
Tabitha

Day 37 Zeal for life Challenge

Well it is Monday Morning and day 37 of my Zeal for life challenge I am down 35 lbs from when I started my journey. It has been a bumpy road, but is starting to get better.

When I started this journey I did because I was dealing with a migraine headache. I was skeptical of it at the beginning, I had a good friend of mine that was taking it and selling it. She kept talking to me about it and I kept brushing it off thinking "yea right, how could one little 6 oz drink be that good." Well I should have listened to her sooner. It would have kept me from a lot of pain.

Once I got on this product, I realized how important the ingredients were to my body. I knew with the PCOS that my body was completely out of whack and that what I was taking before the Zeal was helping to a point but it always felt like I was missing something, Or that I should be doing something different. Taking 35 pills a day is a lot to choke down everyday. After a while it started to make me gag and I knew it was time to find a different way to control the PCOS and get my life back.

The Zeal wellness drink has given me back my life. It has given me the freedom to get out and enjoy life, the energy to do the things that I need to do. It gave me back my dreams and hopes for our future. It gave me a way to stay at home and take care of my house, animals and most of all my Loving Husband who has bent over backwards to take care of me through thick and thin. Its my turn to give back to him and support him. Zeal has made that possible.

I hope that you will all join in on the Zeal for Life Challenge and change your lives for the better. This is truly an amazing company, family and product!

Day 35 Zeal for Life Challenge

Today is day 35! I love how this product is working for me. I am now down 34 lbs. Yes I said 34 lbs!!!! that is almost a lb a day since I started this Challenge. I could not be happier.

I have had a lot of people asking me what I am doing, what have I changed, what do I mix the Zeal with, when do I take the pill supplements, what changes am I see? I am going to answer these questions today.

So lets start with the first one: What am I doing to lose the weight?

I have always struggled with weight loss. No matter how clean I ate, no matter how far away I stayed from sweets and carbs, the weight just kept adding up. I would lose some and then gain back twice as much. It has been a life long struggle with PCOS and weight gain.

What I am doing now is I take my Zeal for Life Wellness drink (6oz) first thing in the morning to get me going for the day. If I am working out that morning then I will mix my ZFL Wellness Drink in with the protein shake and (10 oz) drink them together. As for the supplement pills I take one with each meal and take the cleanse (1 pill) in the middle of the afternoon.

I do work out 3 times a week, but I was doing this before I started on the ZFL and was not seeing any results. Now I am seeing results :)

Question #2: What have I changed?

I have changed absolutely nothing. I still eat and drink what I want to when I want to. Now with that being said I have noticed that I am not craving the things that I used to all the time. I use to have a huge sweet tooth and ate sweets everyday or drank soda everyday. Now I find that I am going days with out wanting anything sweet or with out drinking a soda. This is not something that I did on purpose. I am not the type to diet, I feel that it doesn't do my body any good, because I lose the weight and then gain back 20lbs on top of what I lost. Now I do eat clean on a normal basis, I try to keep the processed foods out of my home as much as possible. We do however give into things like brauts, and the pre made hamburgers that have cheese stuffed in them. So we do have things that we "probably" shouldn't. The other affect that the ZFL has had on me is I find myself craving more water. I find I like the taste better then I did before. This was not something that I had planned for and was not something that I made myself do. Normally the only time I wanted water was when I was working out. Now that the chemistry in my body has changed I find that I am craving and enjoy water more as long as it is Ice Cold and filtered :).

Question #3: What do I mix the ZFL wellness drink with, as well as the protein shakes?

When I am just taking the ZFL wellness drink my husband and I prefer to mix it with the Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade. Both flavors of the ZFL go well with it. I have heard a lot of stories about what people mix with it and some of them are :
      a. Grape juice
      b. Grape Cranberry juice
      c. Apple Juice
      d. water
      e. milk
The list could go on and on. What I have learned is that it all depends on your taste buds and what works for you. I cant stand it with water, or apple juice, or milk. The taste is just off for me and I cant do it :). But that does not mean it wont taste good to you, so try them and see what works best for you.

The one thing that is common through everyone is that it has to be cold. If it is warm I don't know of anyone who likes the taste of it.

For the protein shakes I prefer the vanilla over the chocolate, again this is a personal taste thing. I mix 1 scoop of the ZFL Wellness drink (either flavor) and 1 scoop of protein shake formula (vanilla) and then 8 to 10 oz of water depending on how much I want that morning and shake it all up. Once the powder is dissolved I will add a couple Ice cubes and shake it a little more and then its ready to go :).

Question #4: When do I take the supplement pills?

The bottles tell you to take 1 Burn pill with every meal, and take the Cleanse pill mid after noon.

I personally usually only take on burn pill a day and normally it is when I have my biggest meal. Sometimes that is lunch and other times that is dinner. There are some days when I will take two if I am having two big meals.

Question #5: What changes am I seeing?

Since I have started taking ZFL my skin is clearing up, I have more energy, feel clear headed, my memory is working better, I have lost weight,  I am losing inches all over my body, my moods are so much better then they were, my hormone levels are normal, and my blood sugar levels are normal.

These are just the things that I do and see on a regular basis. The results are going to be different for everyone. Not everyone is going to have the same results as me, because not everyone lives the same way I do and eats the same way I do and does the same exercise program that I do. So please don't get discouraged if you are taking ZFL and your results aren't the same as mine or somebody else that you know. It truly works differently for each person.

If you have any more questions please let me know :) I will be happy to answer them for you or find someone who can :)

Thank you
